Michael G. Harris, PE, owner of Harris Mangement Services.

Michael Harris graduated Summa Cum Laude from Jordan Energy Institute in 1984 with a bachelor of Renewable Energy Engineering Technology. He worked in the engineering, contracting and public utility realms for 20 years before starting Harris Management Services, LLC, a sustainability consulting firm dedicated to strengthening the link between individual wellness and growth, and the cultural transformation from the dominant empire paradigm to something that author David Korten calls Earth Community. He earned a Professional Engineering license in 1994 and continues to provide consulting services to the global carbon offset and energy efficiency trading markets. He is the president of the Earth Charter Community of the Lower Valley, Inc. (ECCoLoV), a 501c3 non-profit organized under the principles of the Earth Charter, and the Interim Executive Director and founder of the ECcoLoV Earth Wellness Center in Deep River, Connecticut. He has an MBA from the University of Connecticut and is a Certified Emotional Clearing Facilitator.
